Fully working 100% triple boot! The Compaq Presario c500 is a great laptop if you don't have a lot of money! I'm actually lying about the 100%. Headphones don't work on OS X or Ubuntu, the mute button light doesn't work on Windows or OS X, and the num lock light doesn't work on OS X. WiFi works FLAWLESSLY on all three, however. It's a wonderful world. Windows 7 obviously installed the smoothest, as it's a DOS-based Kernel. It was really selfish about the boot loader, but GRUB fixed that. Ubuntu installed smoothly, wireless wasn't working at first, but after running an driver search it detected and downloaded a working driver. OS X installed with the Chameleon EFI Boot loader, many patches for wireless, and a legitimate copy of OS X. You'll have to learn more about this yourself, it's a touchy subject. MY LAWYER ADVISES I SPEAK NO MORE ON IT. If you want some advice on how to get everything working (particularly the OS X): TRIAL AND ERROR. Every computer is different. I had to try so many different methods of EFI emulation before I found Chameleon. "fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0" is also forever embedded into my head (as well as diskpart: select partition etc). BLARRRGH ON A SIDE NOTE: Since Windows is installed again, expect to see new Pokemon hacks!!
